HELP: What type of building do I have?
Office Space: Also known as office park, building or tower. Usually has removable ceiling tiles with either insulated or un-insulated sheet rock walls.
Home Office/Residential: A single/multi-family dwelling.
Warehouse: Distinguishing characteristics include: extremely high ceilings and vast open spaces with no or few interior walls.
Retail: Could be a storefront or a location in a shopping mall. Generally includes point of sale (registers) located somewhere on sales floor.
Small Office Studio: May include one or two rooms/workspaces. Not located in a standard office park, but may be located in a "dual-use" or remodeled building.
